The View at Crab Meadow is available for your business meeting, association meetings, birthday parties, and much more. Room rental start at $250.00 for the first two hours, each additional hour $75.00. Room rental based on availability.

Service Rental Fees

Chafing Dishes(with Sterno heating) $20ea.
Linen $5 per tablecloth, $1 per napkin.
Plates with flatware settings. $3 per person.
P.A. System $100 ( I Pod compatible)

These items are offered as a convenience to our customers, not a requirement. You may provide any of these services at no cost.

(Provided for the duration of event up to 4 hours)

Coffee and Tea $3 per person
Unlimited soft drinks $4 per person
Beer, wine, and soft drinks $20 per person
Full premium bar $28 per person
Run a tab for what is consumed

You may bring in soft drinks. Due to State Liquor Authority laws, no alcoholic beverages are permitted to be provided by host.

If you will be bringing food to your event it is required to have one server per 40 people to insure proper cleaning of the room as well as provide service to your guests. Servers are provided by The View at a cost of $100 each.
